You will work directly with one of our gurus, who is an actual person that can assist at any time. Our team will work alongside you throughout the entire process.
How long is the turnaround?
Turnarounds vary upon client review and response times. With everything in a timely manner, ten 3D floorplans with two rounds of changes should take no more than two weeks from start to finish.

How do I prepare for a Matterport shoot?
There is nothing you need to do to prepare for a Matterport shoot other than making sure the unit is clean and in prime condition for a photoshoot.
Is Matterport compatible with all devices?
Yes, Matterport can be viewed across all devices!
What can we do with Matterport?
The final product can be embedded on your website or shared via social media and email.
Virtual Staging
Can colors be customized to match our branding?
Absolutely! Just let our guru know of any custom requests, and we'll provide you with the best option available to fit your needs.
Are options available in terms of styling?
Yes! Upon the start of the project, you will be given options for different furniture packages to choose from.
Do we have to provide you with photos of our unit?
If you have current, high resolution photos of the unit, send them to us to stage! If not, we can assist with our photography services.

How should we prepare for a shoot?
We ask that the subject of the photoshoot is clean and in prime condition. Please be sure that any seasonal décor of any kind is removed to ensure that the photos are timeless.
What kind of photographs are included?
We will be sure to capture all elements of your community, from units to common areas and various amenities. Our gurus will plan the shoot with you in advance so we know what aspects are most important to you.
Is retouching and editing included?
We do edit all photos to ensure they are of the highest quality. Additional retouching packages are available upon request.
What can we use your videography for?
Videography can be used for virtually anything! We can work with you to create promotional and informational videos for any platform.
